My approach is hands-on — I roll up my sleeves and dive in with my team to solve problems collaboratively and holistically. Over the years, I have had success blending UX, technology, business needs, and a results-driven focus to create beautiful and successful experiences for users.

One of my favorite parts of the job is guiding diverse teams through design thinking methods and techniques. It's incredible to watch innovative ideas come to life and make a difference both in the business and in the lives of our customers.
